**Terms of Service (the "Terms")**
These Terms are entered into by you and Glam AI (referred to as "we," "our," "us," or "Glam AI") concerning your use of our application, website, and related services. Your use of the services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and other related policies. Please read these Terms and the Privacy Policy carefully and thoroughly before using or accessing the services, especially sections on user rights restrictions, dispute resolution, and disclaimers or limitations of our liability.
Please note that by continuing to use our application or access the services, you fully accept and understand our Terms and agree to comply with all the following terms. These Terms will be effective between you and us. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you should immediately stop using the services.
We reserve the right to modify or change these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and other related policies at any time by posting revised terms on our website, application, or other platforms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you have the right to discontinue the services agreed upon.
If you are not of legal age in your region, you may not use our services unless your parents or legal guardians agree to these Terms.
**1. User Account**
You may use the services with or without creating a user account, but we may assign an internal ID to provide continuous services without identifying your identity through this ID.
Your use of the services is subject to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and other related policies. Please note that violating any of the rules may result in suspension or termination of the license under these Terms.
**2. Editing Features**
Within our app, you can use filters, stickers, templates, and other free materials provided by the application to edit your photos, images, posters, etc. To achieve the same functionality, we need access to your device’s local album or other local files, for which we will seek permission before accessing. If you wish to withdraw such permissions, you can adjust the permission status through the "Settings" on your phone.
You can share edited photos or other content through our application on social media platforms. If you choose to share such content, please ensure that you have the necessary rights and do not infringe on any third party's legal rights or violate any platform policies, or you will bear any resulting responsibilities and obligations.
By using the AI face-changing feature, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that uploaded photos will be processed by the AI face-changing API provided by "Alibaba Cloud." Glam AI is not responsible for resolving any claims made by you or third parties due to "Alibaba Cloud" disclosing user data. **3. Use of Services**
You agree to use the services in compliance with these Terms. Unless expressly stated otherwise in these Terms, you may not use, copy, republish, download, modify, distribute, license, decompile, disassemble, create derivative works based on, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit the application or other products, services, or processes accessible through our website or application.
We reserve all rights, including but not limited to all intellectual property and other proprietary rights related to the services. Without our written consent, you may not copy, redistribute, publish, create any derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content of our application.
We will continually develop new technologies and features to improve our services. If significant changes negatively affect your use of our services, or if we discontinue providing services, we will give you reasonable advance notice, but we will not compensate you for any losses resulting from such changes or discontinuation.
You must not use the services for criminal activities, or you will bear corresponding legal responsibilities.
You must not use the services in any way that may violate applicable laws, regulations, or policies in relevant jurisdictions.
**4. Ownership and Intellectual Property**
All rights, titles, and interests in the services (including but not limited to any trademarks, application names, layouts, fonts, stickers, filters, etc.) are owned by or legally licensed to Glam AI. You understand and agree that you may only use such content to the extent necessary to become a user of our application.
**5. Fees and Payments**
Unless you subscribe to the membership services through the Apple App Store, we will not charge you for using our application. Additionally, we may generate revenue by posting ads on the corresponding application.
Subscriptions automatically renew 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in the Apple App Store account settings. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the billing period ends according to the Apple App Store terms of service. You will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle unless otherwise stipulated by the respective store’s policy.
If you have any questions about payments, you should contact us or the respective store within 48 hours after payment.
**6. Service Updates**
Glam AI reserves the right to update the Terms of Service at any time. To continue using the services, you may need to review our latest Terms.
**7. Miscellaneous**
Our application and website may contain links to third-party websites or platforms. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, adequacy, and reliability of any information, data, links, images, statements, or suggestions provided on these websites. If you decide to access any third-party websites linked to the services, you assume all responsibility and risk.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed to be excluded from these Terms to the extent of such invalidity and shall not affect the legality, validity, and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

**Limitation of Liability:**
We shall not be liable for any damages, liabilities, or losses arising from: your use of or reliance on the services, or your inability to access or use the services; or any transaction or relationship between you and any third-party provider, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. We shall not be liable for delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control. In no event shall our total liability to you in connection with the services for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount we have charged you for the respective services.
In-App Purchases and Payments:
You can purchase an auto-renewing subscription through the app:
- Annual subscription: $4.99/year
- Your subscription fee will be charged to your iTunes account at the time of purchase confirmation and will automatically renew (based on the selected term) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current term.
- You may not cancel the current subscription during the active subscription period; however, you can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by visiting your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.
